150. Floral Cup

150. Floral Cup
4″ Tall, 3.5″ Wide
This is a hand painted cup that I made as a test of the color glazes.
Cone 6, porcelain with Mayco Stroke N’ Coat and clear glaze.
119. Bonita Falls Bowl

One small bowl made of terra red ceramic. Glazed a subtle blue opal and copper green. There is a drop of glaze on the foot not shown in the pictures.
116. Bonita Falls Bowl Set

Set of 2 small bowls made of terra red ceramic. Glazed a subtle blue opal.
106. Mojave Cup

4.75″ Tall, holds 10 ounces, Ceramic Cup. Artist’s proof. It has a heavy textured finish. Hand built and spun in a red high iron content clay called Terra Red. One of a kind. A beautiful opalescent colored mug with hints of blue floating through out. The one thing that I wish I could change is the orange ring at the bottom where the titanium in the glaze gathered a little too much and makes it look a bit like a coffee stain.
103. Cima Volcanic Mountain Bowl

An unusual small bowl with strong contrasting colors black on the inside and white on the outside. The Cima Volcanic Mountain Bowl is the result of glaze experimentation where the color results did not end up as expected. The swirl inside was supposed to be a red called brandywine but due to an interesting chemical reaction it is warm gray.
87. Cima Volcanic Mountain 3 Bowl Set

The Cima Volcanic Mountain 3 Bowl Set is the result of glaze experimentation where the color results did not end up as expected. The swirl inside was supposed to be a red called brandywine but due to an interesting chemical reaction they are warm gray.

52. Mojave Cup

4.75″ Tall, holds 10 ounces, Ceramic Cup. Artist’s proof. It has a hand textured and stained finish, that was sealed in clear gloss. The copper stain on the outside subtly shows through the clear over glaze. Hand built and spun in a red high iron content clay called Terra Red. One of a kind. Not in production.
50. Mojave Cup

4.75″ Tall, holds 10 ounces, Ceramic Cup. Artist’s proof. There is a small glaze flaw on the inside bottom, so it is not recommended for beverages, but it would make a nice vase. It has a mostly blue hand textured and stained finish, that was sealed in clear gloss. Hand built and spun in a red high iron content clay called Terra Red. One of a kind. Not in production.
