Description
119 Bonita Falls Bowl
2.375″ Tall by 4.75″ Wide, Ceramic Bowl. Artist’s proof.
The 119 Bonita Falls Bowl is named after a popular place to cool off in the Mojave Desert. It is on Lytle Creek in San Bernadino California. The glaze inside is an opalescent white that has some warm yellow tones of titanium. The floating blue is caused by a reaction of the iron in the clay with the titanium in the glaze. The outside glaze is a matte finish copper green. Terra red clay fired to cone 6.
